Peony - Decorator Form and Function   At Home   Peonies are a majestic flower, when massed in arrangements featuring just one variety of the flower. The end-user life span of the blooms is 7-10 days, depending on the cultivars. Replace water in vase every 3-4 days to avoid stem clogging. Remove any foliage below water line.
